The Flexible Furlough Job Aid for Time Administrators has been updated to include instructions on running CATS_DA to identify any excess hours recorded before the error is processed through Time Evaluation.

      • Sick Leave Quota: If an employee is returning to state government within 5 years, the sick leave quota will still be active in the system. However, in the future, if the employee returns after 5 years, then the re-instating agency will need to delimit the “old” sick leave quota to a date before the re-instatement date.
      • Cost Distribution Infotype 0027: During a Reinstatement Action, the Cost Distribution Infotype 0027 will automatically delimit from the system (rather than requiring a manual delimit).

New WBT - TM330 Charge Object Maintainer
A new web-based training course is now available: TM 330, Charge Object Maintainer. This course is intended to provide agency Charge Object Maintainers with the concepts, knowledge, and skills associated with the basic processes related to uploading and maintaining BEACON Charge Objects. Contact your agency BEACON Training Agent to register for the course. Please note the following prerequisites: BEACON Overview (BC 100), SAP Basic Navigation (BC 110) and Time Overview (TM 200).

ES210 Time Entry WBT Update
The ES 210 Time Entry course has been updated to include new instructions on recording Adverse Weather Leave and make-up hours. It includes instructions on how employees should record and get credit for Adverse Weather make-up hours when making up Adverse Weather hours in the same week they took the leave or making up the hours in other weeks in which they took other types of leave.
