This course is intended to provide participants with the concepts, knowledge and skills associated with an overview and basic navigation for BI Reporting.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Define BI Reporting
  • Decide when to use BI versus ERP reports
  • Identify the components of the BI Reporting home page
  • Identify types of reports
  • Explain how to access reports from the directory
  • Select variables to run standard BI reports
  • Create and save variants
  • Customize reports by manipulating columns, sorting, and filtering
  • Save, export, and print reports
  • Find the resources to help you when you have questions about Reporting

If you have not taken many SAP courses, make sure that you have recently completed or reviewed the BEACON Introduction to SAP Navigation online course. You will need a working knowledge of how to move around, advance through the screens, the screen structure, and a familiarity with the various types of icons to get the most out of this course.
