Training Curriculum Approach

The BEACON Training Team uses a Roadmap Methodology in defining the training paths for the various job descriptions within SAP. The roadmaps define the suggested courses and associated activities which individual will be able to perform at the appropriate skill level for their job function.

The SAP Curriculum Roadmaps will be structured to reflect:

• Common core courses consisting of both basic functions and process overviews
• Job specific courses
• Skills application
