This section of the BEACON HR/Payroll web site provides acess to all relevant communication materials and information that have been disseminated to project stakeholders. This section will be updated with the latest information that has been distributed on a weekly basis. An overview of the four informational resources is highlighted below:

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs): This section provides a listing of questions that have been asked throughout the course of the BEACON HR/Payroll Initiative, as well as corresponding answers to each question. If you have a question that has not been addressed here, please don't hesitate to e-mail the Communications Team at BEACON.COMM@ncosc.net.

Communications: View and download current project marketing collateral. Items in this section include the BEACON Reference Guide for State Employees, a new BEACON brochure, flyers and articles highlighting various features and functions in the new system, and the updated Policy Change Impact document.

The BEACON Newsletter: View and download current and past issues ofThe BEACON View, the program's quarterly newsletter. The Winter 2008 issue is now available.

Glossary of Program-Related Terms: This section provides definitions of many of the terms and acronyms commonly used throughout the BEACON HR/Payroll Initiative and the BEACON Program.
