Technical Development Project Team
The primary purpose of the Technical Development Team within the HR/Payroll initiative is to provide technical expertise and administration of SAP Basis, middleware applications, application security, data warehouse (BW), SAP Portal and Employee and Manager Self Service applications necessary to support the ERP system. In addition, this team provides programming and development expertise utilizing SAP's ABAP/4, JAVA, .NET, and others within the SAP R/3 system landscape. This development responsibility is required to support the development of product forms, reports, interfaces, legacy system conversions and custom extensions to SAP R/3 and various other applications supporting the State's ERP environment. This team interacts closely with the ITS Hosting Team to ensure stability of the system and that the technical needs of the rest of the team are met throughout the project.
