Technical Infrastructure Team
The Technical Infrastructure Team is tasked with designing, implementing and supporting the BEACON SAP Infrastructure. The core components of the infrastructure consists of the ERP 2005, Portal and Business Intelligence systems which each will be implemented in a Sandbox, Development, Quality Assurance, Training and Production environment. The collaboration with the data center warrants the high availability of the environment and the seamless integration with other applications (e.g. NCID). Additional software products like Adobe forms and Crystal Reports will be utilized to simplify the end-user interaction with the system. The different teams within the Technical Infrastructure Team are grouped into Core Support, Security, Portal and Business Intelligence.
