Shared Services Team

The Shared Services Implementation Team is focused on the process, technology and people aspects of the BEST Shared Services.  From a process perspective, the focus is on facilities design, governance, service level agreements, and desktop procedures. From a technology standpoint the focus is on design, development and deployment of the shared services telephony and case management system.  From a people aspect, we are focused on designing the organization staffing model, training of the BEST Shared Services employees, and marketing communications about the BEST Shared Services.
