Program Management Office
The Program Management Office (PMO) provides guidance and coordination across all BEACON initiatives. Specifically, the PMO manages day-to-day efforts of the overall program, facilitates BEACON communications, monitors master schedules and workplans, and coordinates the procurement and implementation activities with all BEACON initiatives.
