Integration Project Team

The Integration Team designs, develops and configures the to-be business processes (primarily in the area of financials [FI] and controlling [CO] modules) to support the integration of the State's vision for the HR and Payroll system with the existing legacy financial and budgeting applications. The Integration Team is a focal point for financial business process improvement opportunities. The team is responsible for coordinating and working with the system integrator to functionally configure and test each application prior to go-live. The team also serves as the functional support organization after go-live for ongoing issue resolution, business processes, and the FI/CO for the future Budget & Financials implementation phase of the program.
