Functional Project Team

The Functional Team is responsible for the design, development and configuration of the to-be business processes to support the State's vision for the HR and Payroll system and serves as a focal point for process improvement opportunities. The team is responsible for coordinating and working with the system integrator to functionally configure and test each application area prior to go-live. The team also serves as the functional support organization after go-live for ongoing issue resolution, business processes and future projects. The Functional Team is made up of 4 distinct teams.
