Change/Communications/Training Project Team
The Change/Communications Team manages stakeholder interaction and communication, trains end users and guides the transformation of the State's current organization structure and culture. The Change/Communications Team also helps senior agency leadership drive efficiencies, promote common approaches and standardization, and improve business processes. This team is also responsible for helping the State transform into a new structure to support ongoing HR/Payroll business process, policy and software support and inquiries.
