Training
On February 12, 2007, an RFP was posted to obtain vendor responses on assisting the BEACON Program in creating and deploying a learning program for the BEACON HR/Payroll Project. The RFP and the Learning Program Strategy approved by the BEACON Program Steering Committee in the fall of 2006 are linked below:
Service Center
On January 2, 2007, a RFP was posted to obtain vendor responses on assisting the BEACON Program in implementing a Service Center for the BEACON HR/Payroll Project. In the fall of 2006, the BEACON Program Steering Committee approved the Service Center strategy. The strategy and all accompanying documents are linked below:
Deliverables
As part of the procurement process, vendors requested current project materials to be available to better prepare for their proposals. Below is a link to a listing of all finalized deliverables from the HR/Payroll Implementation Project.
In addition to the deliverables listed above, there are a number of draft deliverables the project team is currently working to complete. Vendors wishing to review draft versions of non-finalized project deliverables may make an appointment with the Office of the State Controller to view the draft versions on location at 3512 Bush Street in Raleigh, NC.
