BEACON is creating a new and improved business infrastructure for North Carolina State Government. Governor Easley and the General Assembly have cited the HR/Payroll project as one of the State’s top initiatives in 2006. As we embark on this initiative, we are building a project team to design, develop, implement and support the State. We are seeking qualified, interested, and energetic people who want to be part of North Carolina’s efforts to build the infrastructure for the next generation of NC State Government.
